How do I book?

Booking is simple and secure. Click HERE to view all appointment types.

To confirm your booking, payment is required in advance.

You’ll be prompted to create a client account, which allows you to manage appointments, enable reminders, and complete necessary forms. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details.

📌 Need help? Email us at contact@holisticaxis.com —we typically reply within 2 hours, or up to 12 hours during busy periods. Weekend inquiries will be answered on Monday.

📌 Cancellation Policy: If you can’t attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the time to others. Please note 48hrs rescheduling policy.

How do I use your services?

To get started, create a Holistic Axis account. During setup, you'll review and sign our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Prepayment is required to confirm your booking, unless you're a case study participant or using a gift voucher.

How do I pay?

Monthly service fees are paid in advance via Direct Debit on a mutually agreed date. Before activation, a one-time invoice may be issued for any sessions held prior. Direct Debit amounts adjust for varying session schedules.

One-off sessions must be paid exclusively through our booking system.

If you cancel services per our 14-working-day policy, any remaining balance will be refunded. Your regular session slot is reserved until one week before your final scheduled session, but delayed booking or payment may affect availability.

For special circumstances, alternative financial arrangements may be considered.

How do I set up a direct debit ?

What do I need to know about complementary therapies?

Complementary therapies enhance, but do not replace, medical treatment. If you have any medical conditions, consult your GP before booking, as some treatments may interact with your care.

For your safety, please disclose any medical conditions so we can tailor your therapy.

  • Reiki involves gentle touch with no need to remove clothing, ensuring privacy.

  • Sound therapy is non-contact, except for Sound Massage, where Himalayan bowls are placed on the body. Some health conditions may be contraindicated—contact us for guidance.

  • Pregnancy: Treatments are not provided during the first trimester.

How much does it cost?

Service costs vary based on the type of service and, in some cases, individual circumstances. View current pricing HERE.

How long is each session? What if I am late?

Sessions are 45 minutes long, ending with a sound cue. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session.

If you're late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other appointments.

How long does it take?

Our services are open-ended, providing support for as long as you need—no more, no less. The duration varies based on your unique circumstances, as true transformation cannot follow a rigid timeline.

While a single session may offer insight, meaningful change requires a long-term commitment. This process deepens self-awareness, develops practical skills, and addresses underlying patterns essential for lasting growth.

Personal transformation unfolds at its own pace—it cannot be rushed. We encourage you to approach this journey with honesty, openness, and perseverance. Your facilitator is here to guide and support you every step of the way.

What if I want to reschedule my session?

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a session, as agreed upon during registration.

Requests made within 48 hours may not be accommodated, and the full session fee will apply.

What happens when my Facilitator takes holiday?

Your practitioner takes planned breaks with advance notice provided.

In rare cases, sessions may be canceled on short notice due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly and arrange a reschedule or offer an alternative therapist if needed.

What if I want to stop?

You can stop services at any time, but we encourage discussing this with your facilitator first. Therapy and coaching are collaborative processes, and challenges can often lead to growth when worked through together.

If you or your facilitator feel it’s time to conclude, the decision should be made jointly. Sessions are typically tapered to ensure a smooth transition.

A 14-working-day notice period is required. You may use these sessions during the notice period or schedule them for later check-ins. If sessions are ended abruptly, fees for the notice period will still apply, as per the service agreement.

Am I safe to share my personal life with a stranger?

Our facilitators follow strict ethical guidelines from the BACP, ASI, YA, COSH, CNHC and UK RF, prioritising your well-being and confidentiality.

Everything discussed remains confidential, except in cases where we are legally or ethically required to act, such as:

  • Knowledge of terrorism, money laundering, or drug trafficking (must be reported by law).

  • Court orders or coroner requests for session notes.

  • Immediate risk of serious harm to you or others (we will discuss options with you first whenever possible).

Your safety is our priority, and we are committed to supporting you with care and integrity.

What is the nature of the relationship between Client and Facilitator?

To ensure a professional, ethical, and supportive relationship, clear boundaries are maintained:

  • The relationship is professional, not social.

  • Communication is limited to session-related matters.

  • Unrelated calls or messages will not be responded to.

  • Counselling clients who encounter a facilitator in public will receive a simple greeting but no social interaction.

How do I prepare for an online complementary therapy session?

Before Your Session:

  • Have water, tissues, a cushion, and a blanket for comfort.

  • Create a quiet, relaxing space where you can lie down.

  • Optional : Play relaxation music.

  • Ensure privacy and minimize distractions.

Before Treatment:

  • Settle in 10 minutes early.

  • Remove watches and restrictive accessories.

  • Take deep breaths and reflect on your emotional state.

  • Log into the online session using the provided link.

During Treatment:

  • Relax and fully engage—there’s no right or wrong way to experience it.

After Treatment:

  • The facilitator will gently bring you back.

  • Stay hydrated and listen to your body’s needs.

  • Mild detox symptoms like headaches or fatigue may occur.

How do I prepare for a Reiki session?

Maximize the benefits of Reiki with these simple steps:

  • Set an Intention: Reflect on what you seek—relaxation, healing, or clarity—to focus the energy work.

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink water before and after the session. 24hrs before eat light meals, avoiding heavy or greasy foods.

  • Wear Comfortable Clothing: Loose, non-restrictive attire helps you relax.

  • Avoid Stimulants: Refrain from caffeine, alcohol, and heavy foods for a few days before and after.

  • Be ready Early: Give yourself time to settle in without feeling rushed.

  • Keep an Open Mind: Let go of expectations and allow the energy to flow naturally.

  • Share Concerns: Inform your facilitator of any discomfort or emotional challenges.

  • Silence Devices: Remove distractions like phones and watches.

  • Breathe & Relax: Engage in deep breathing or light meditation beforehand.

  • Post-Session Care: Drink water, rest, and give your body three days to rebalance. You may experience a headache or stomachache and it's natural.
